- Anthropic does some exploring into how Claude really works. I’ve been meaning to draft a post synthesizing this information, but it’s gotten away from me. Sharing before this (inevitably) becomes stale.
- The Merry Wives of Windsor on the Approaching Shakespeare podcast. In my continuing search for helpful secondary sources for Shakespeare, I found this worthy. Main revision to my priors on MWW was the observation that nearly all of the characters in the play are economically motivated–an important point that I glossed over in my review.
- A pretty interesting take on how the future will actually be different with AI. Not sure I agree with all of this, but some of the clearest thinking anyone is doing right now. Via Tyler Cowen, of course.
- Gemini continues to be the dark horse (perhaps intentionally?) of the LLMs.
